We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, especially for popular sessions like HIIT and Booty, Burn & Beats. Drop-in walk-ups are welcome where space allows but a spot is not guaranteed. Pass holders get priority booking.

Absolutely. All classes are designed to be accessible to different fitness levels. Our qualified trainers will offer modifications and progressions so you can work at the right intensity for you. If it is your first class, let the instructor know before you start.

The daytime pass gives you unlimited access to all 8 lunchtime classes across Monday to Thursday. Evening passes cover their specific weekly class. All passes are rolling monthly and can be cancelled anytime.

Yes. The daytime pass covers lunchtime classes only and evening passes cover Tuesday evening sessions separately. You can hold both, or use the drop-in option to mix and match without a full commitment.

Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive trainers. Bring a water bottle as hydration matters. A small towel is useful for the more intense sessions. Equipment is provided in studio.

All monthly passes are cancel-anytime with no lock-in period. Just get in touch with us before your next billing date and we will sort it. No fuss, no fees.
