Please enquire using our form and specify your group training requirements. If you prefer working out in a group, you can also join our fitness classes.
Yes, especially if you’re new to fitness, never had the gym experience or have a specific goal you want to achieve quickly. PTs keep you disciplined and and motivate you to push yourself further and achieve your goals.
This all depends on your on your fitness goals. Talk to your PT and agree on a timeframe upfront.
The average personal training session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes but our PTs are flexible and can offer 30-minute or 90-minute sessions, depending on your needs.

We want to provide a nice environment for everyone, so there's a few simple rules we expect everyone to follow:
- Be nice & respectful to your trainer as they will eb with you
- Wash and sanitise your hands regularly before, during and after your workout
- Please don't eat in the studio, we have benches in the hallway and seating outside
- Please be on time for your session
- Please place any bags and jackets in the shelves provided
