Train with a group of up to 15 women with similar fitness goals.
Working all muscle groups
Each workout will help burn calories, strengthen your body, work your abs, legs and booty.
Using bodyweight & equipment
We'll use have a wide range of equipment as well as our own bodyweight.
All levels welcome
Anyone woman over 18 can join- it doesn't matter where you are on your fitness journey.
