Dry hire gives you a blank canvas to bring your own suppliers, while wet hire adds our bar and catering team with a bar manager, venue manager and security as needed. What kinds of corporate events can you host?

Product launches, away days, screenings, workshops, presentations, all-hands sessions, awards dinners and team socials. The two studios flex to suit both daytime working sessions and evening events.

How can the room be configured?

The LA studio holds up to 300 standing for receptions and networking, 150 theatre style for presentations and screenings, or 100 for seated dining. The NY studio works well for breakout groups and smaller meetings.

Do you provide catering and a bar?

Yes. Our in-house bar and catering team can cater to your needs, dietary requirements and budget. With wet hire we also provide a bar manager, venue manager and security as needed.

What does hire cost?

Day rates start from £999 and night rates from £1,500. Final pricing depends on your headcount, duration and any bar spend, so contact our team for a proposal built around your agenda.

What is included for presentations and AV?

High speed wifi, a sound system and bluetooth speaker, air conditioning, a serviced kitchen and changing rooms. Additional lighting and tables and chairs are available for hire to set the room for your format.
