Our mission

Movement that strengthens communities

Our mission is to use dance, fitness and creative activities to support individuals, strengthen communities and create positive social impact across London.

We provide inclusive programmes, events and opportunities that help people develop new skills, improve their physical and mental wellbeing, build lasting friendships and gain confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

Revenue generated through our classes, events and venue hire helps us expand our community work and create more accessible opportunities for the people who need them most.
