Our bar and catering team, plus experienced staff to run the night:

Security: £125 per guard (per 50 people)
Bar manager: £200 per night
Venue manager: £200

Frequently asked questions

How many guests can the venue hold?

The LA studio holds up to 300 standing, 150 theatre style or 100 for seated dining across 1,750 ft² on the ground floor. The NY studio on the first floor suits smaller gatherings of around 45 to 50 standing.

What is the difference between dry hire and wet hire?

Dry hire gives you a blank canvas to bring your own suppliers for catering, audiovisual equipment and other services. Wet hire adds our in-house bar and catering team, with a bar manager, venue manager and security as needed.

What are the day and night rates?

Day rates start from £999 and night rates from £1,500. Final pricing depends on your guest numbers, the duration of the event and any bar spend. Contact our team for a tailored quote.

Is there a bar minimum spend?

For wet hire, bar minimum spend starts from £500 on the night and varies with the size and nature of your event. Security is £125 per guard per 50 people, the bar manager is £200 per night and the venue manager is £200.

Can we view the venue before booking?
